We've been writing about Illinois politics from a conservative political and a Christian worldview at www.IllinoisReview.com since November 2005.

Some time ago, I was alarmed at the glaring lack of Christian perspective many Christians have--which I blame fully on a thorough endoctrination by the government schools and our cultural hedonism.
As a homeschooling mom, I began studying worldview so that I could help my children, and new Christians, develop a Chrstian worldview as well as be able to perceive the worldview being presented, often subtly and entertainingly, in the books, media, and people around them. I've read Schaeffer, Noebel, Colson, C. S. Lewis, and others, and taken and taught the Truth Project course. I've studied LOTS of history and Bible and coordinated it with worldview and literature (Schaeffer approach) as I believe that what a culture believes about God and about man defines that culture and determines its actions.
Currently, I'm burdened to prepare a study in Ecclesiastes, also pulling other scripture, as the Bible's own worldview course. My homeschool support website is http://chocboard.net

My more technical "Worldview" articles are here:

I want the blog to be something that the average "non-philosopher" type person can enjoy.

Hi Christian World View followers. It is good to see this up on the net. My own research is in the Christian philosophers, Herman Dooyeweerd and Dirk Vollenhoven, the next generation on from Abraham Kuyper. I am also a keen follower of Cornelius Van Til. My current thesis work is on Dooyeweerd and Vollenhoven, but I am also drawing on Kuyper and Van Til. I am really working on a Christian philosophy for the 21st Century and would love to be in touch with anyone else working along these lines. Jeremy Ive http://jgaive.wordpress.com/

A blog network is a way for people who like certain blogs to collaborate in the Facebook environment. It is a great way for bloggers, authors and readers to stay in touch, discuss burning issues and fellowship.
