The greatest problem we face in Kenya is people being put on psychiatric medication when they have no clue what the medication is treating. Others take the medication for 20, 30 years yet they have no clue what their diagnosis is. Needless to say, these people have never heard anything about any other therapies, and we are doing our best to educate these people all we can about mental health. There is a lot of ground to cover but the journey of a thousand miles starts with one step.
