| Description: | August First is a little bakery in downtown Burlington, Vermont. We work hard, smile a lot, and make really great food. Our breads are made with organic wheat, water, salt, and leavening (yeast or natural starter), and are all formed by hand. Breakfast has us making treats like scones, cinnamon rolls and breakfast sammies (eggs,cheese, bacon on whole grain rolls). Lunch is filled with great salads and sandwiches featuring local products. Our place is sunny and bright, and is a funky old renovated garage on South Champlain St. in Burlington, VT. |
