  This is an excellent blog that I was surprised to run across recently. I live in Vermont and I write a travel blog as well but I don't keep close track of other VT blogs. Few of them are good and several disappeared after a few months. But Travel-Vermont was startling because of the very high quality web 2.0 type design, excellent writing and thoroughly research and creative topics. It is certainly far more professionally done than most other VT blogs but also it's as good a blog as you are apt to find on any topic. There is only one writer but you would think there would be several judging by the number of thorough articles. In summary, it is extremely well done and should be read by anyone with an interest in Vermont.

  This is a wonderful view into all of the unique aspects of Vermont. Many items would be impossible to find elsewhere. I especially like the history rich content and photos.

  This is a comprehensive and up-to-date review of Vermont activities that takes in all areas of the state (not just the hot-spots), and pairs brief, enthusiastic articles with excellent photos. Great information for locals and visitors...and may just turn this local into a visitor, discovering another part of the state. Bonus material: the most popular articles, and the quiz. Very easy to navigate and thoughtfully put together.

  This blog is a great compliment to the www.travel-vermont.net page, adding the first-hand travel experiences of the author to the events and travel information available on the web pages. The blog entries cover topics from a wide variety of upcoming events in Vermont, and are a great resource for people looking for weekend getaways or longer stays in Vermont. Well-organized, and easy to navigate with great tags to find similar topics and events elsewhere on the blog/website.
