winter walk

Dec 8, 2009
Today was the first snowfall of year with any accumulation.  The snow fell in tiny flakes, not the big, gorgeous, fat flakes, these were tiny cold crystals that made the world look just a little greyer. I had to get to a grocery store over lunch, so...

little and not so little things

Nov 26, 2009
I’ve been thinking about thankfulness (not too surprisingly, given that today is Thanksgiving).  I keep getting caught in the big things to be thankful for – the family / health / friends / house / job / food things.  It’s not that I’m not thankful...

Experimenting on Zoe

Nov 13, 2009

great
I have been a reader of this emerging blog for some time now and I enjoy visiting it and seeing what the latest post may be about as the variety of topics covered is very broad. The posts contain musings of a wife, mother, librarian and a gentle spirit whose personality shines through the writing. I particularly enjoy the photographs that gives us readers a bird's eye view of the times and travails of this young family. The theme chosen for this blog is appropriate to the eclectic content. The blog is well organized, accessible, easily navigated and the sidebar is clutter free. I like what I see and what I see is a great deal of potential for growth.
