  "Sweet Is The Peace" is a blog I have enjoyed reading for over a year. The author is a happily married family man, and a faithful Latter-day Saint, who also happens to suffer from Gender Identity Disorder (GID). He has learned to cope with his illness, and not to act out upon it. He blogs about how his faith in Christ has shaped his ability to find peace in his life. Reading such honest posts and getting to know this author has increased my understanding of gender identity issues, deepened my compassion and respect, and increased my faith. I am grateful this man is brave enough to blog about such a sensitive topic, from a faith-based view which is rarely heard. The message here is that Jesus Christ has the power to heal us. This blog will be on the top of my "favorites" list!
