  I think we've all been there, or are still there, in the shadow of the piles of books that we want to read, or to be read. She captures it perfectly what it's like to be in that shadow while capturing her own insightful and often funny snapshots of books she's taken off her own personal TBR. I toast my favorite Kool Aid to you, Alisha -- oh, which, by the way, is black cherry, with a mixer of some kind of alcohol, of course, mixed in, maybe a Canadian Mist whiskey?
