Probably too much information. In which I waffle about my sewing habit, atrocious gardening, and occasional housework. Warning: Contains Dogs.

November has gone and you, my lovely friends, voted for me in the Dorset Cereals great little blog award. Thank you. I was top of the leader board for November so I think that means I will receive a package of goodies and the supposedly coveted egg...

Right Place-Wrong Trousers

Nov 23, 2009
The one thing you don't have much time to bother about when you do a craft fair is your clothes, so I carefully planned each outfit before I went, washed and ironed anything that wasn't already done, wrote down my plans and packed accordingly. On...

What I like most about this blog is that Jackie manages to give a glimpse into her real life without revealing all, as well as to include enough technical information about stitching to stick to her theme without giving away everything she knows. She includes lots of photos and isn't too wordy, going on WAY too long, as I do! And, she is just about the nicest person you can meet via a blog a third of the way around the world! Plus, she's a role model for updating frquently.

One of the first blogs I looked at and it's one I, as a newbie blogger, aspire to. Very informative but also up beat and chatty .

Every visit here is a visual feast for the eyes. Jackie's work is inspirational. It is so lovely to see her products in detail, and there's always a wealth of information (fun and practical) on this site. It never disappoints, and is a joy to read.

I love the combination of homey posts and art related posts. Plenty of wonderful photos which always make me want to return to view more. I seem to share many interests with DDC including fiber art, dogs, books and lots of color.

Such a friendly blog. Despite receiving loads of comments Dog daisy chain is very good at replying individually. There is a really good balance here of technical information about the crafting and materials and an insight into the Bloggers life and character. A pleasure.
